This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +20 more states.
β’ Engage with existing or potential Members through voice and email while maintaining a professional, positive, and personable demeanor.
β’ Utilize your discretion to address inquiries related to returns, tracking, and order adjustments without relying on a predefined script.
β’ After mastering the fundamental skills, you will have the chance to manage more intricate situations and transition to alternative communication channels such as messaging or social media.
β’ Availability to work any shift from Monday to Sunday between 9am and 9pm EST is required.
β’ A High School Diploma or its equivalent is necessary.
β’ 1-3 years of experience in a Contact Center setting (experience in e-commerce or luxury retail is highly advantageous) within the past 5 years.
β’ Competent in relevant computer applications and capable of navigating multiple systems at once.
β’ Must possess fluency in English.
