Member Service Representative, Roadside Assistance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Serve as the initial point of contact for members seeking roadside assistance.

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls efficiently.

• Accurately and thoroughly document member information.

• Determine call locations and accurately assign calls.

• Process road service requests in a timely manner.

• Educate members regarding their coverage options and associated costs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of high school education.

• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a call center setting.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Successful completion of a Canadian Criminal Record Check.

• Access to a smartphone device (Apple or Android) for two-factor authentication.

• Reliable, high-speed internet connection.

• Capability to work in a dedicated home office environment free from distractions.
