This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will be responsible for developing both front office and back office trading systems that are utilized by institutional investors globally to trade, invest, and exchange cryptocurrency assets on a daily basis.

• You will receive coaching, mentorship, and guidance to enhance your abilities in four key areas:
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with Go.
• Familiarity with contemporary software development practices, including automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, cloud development, database design and interaction using MySQL or PostgreSQL, as well as experience with Git.
• Understanding of financial asset trading systems and familiarity with several (but not necessarily all) of the following topics: Order Execution Management Systems (OEMS), FIX protocol, market data, low latency application architectures and messaging, matching engines, FX trading, OTC, derivatives, position/risk management, cryptocurrency trading, and trading back office systems.
• Practical experience in constructing financial trading systems.
• A strong passion for excellent software engineering design and implementation practices (e.g., TDD, SOLID principles, refactoring, etc.).
• A genuine concern for code quality and testing infrastructure.
• A belief that software engineering is a collaborative endeavor, enjoying daily collaboration, learning from others, and mentoring peers.
