Member of Technical Staff – Growth Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design and develop systems aimed at engaging potential users across various platforms, including Reddit, LinkedIn, and legal forums.

• Construct experimentation frameworks to evaluate and measure growth initiatives.

• Create dashboards and analytical systems to monitor user behavior and growth metrics.

• Develop tools for automating personalized outreach and user engagement.

• Architect systems that utilize our AI platform for generating viral content.

• Implement tracking and attribution systems to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

• Build internal tools to enhance our sales and marketing operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in full-stack engineering.

• Proficient in React and modern TypeScript.

• Experience in developing marketing-centric features, including SEO, conversion funnels, and analytics.

• Skilled in using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Segment, and Mixpanel.

• Proven history of conducting A/B testing and experimentation.

• Experience with SQL and data analysis techniques.

• A demonstrated ability to drive user growth through technical initiatives.
