This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve or surpass monthly new case enrollment objectives through enhanced engagement strategies.
• Foster collaboration and build trust among Marketing, Account Management, and Clinical teams.
• Enhance client satisfaction by facilitating smooth onboarding and continuous engagement experiences.
• Boost inbound member engagement via campaigns and testing initiatives.
• Create and implement engagement strategies in collaboration with RNs and Account Management.
• Support and enhance email sequencing and outreach efforts to promote member activation.
• Manage a variety of broader marketing initiatives and specific client requests as needed.
• Produce marketing materials quickly while ensuring quality and consistency.
• Work closely with Account Management and Clinical teams to align on priorities and execution plans.
• Clearly communicate timelines, expectations, and updates to stakeholders.
• Take ownership of and prioritize a roadmap of tests and innovative ideas to enhance engagement and performance.
• Assess effective strategies and rapidly iterate based on insights.
• 5+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in a B2B2C setting.
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability, with a proven history of delivering results efficiently.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining organization.
• Experience in balancing scalable marketing initiatives with tailored, high-touch requests.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with high levels of engagement and follow-through.
• Familiarity with AI and an eagerness to leverage AI tools for improved efficiency.
• Nice to Have: Background in healthcare benefits, digital health, or employee engagement marketing.
• Experience with Outreach.io or similar email sequencing platforms.
• Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clinical or account management partners.
