Member Intake Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct 80–100+ outreach contacts daily through phone, SMS, and email.

• Establish rapport swiftly and effectively convey Leap’s value proposition.

• Collect and verify member demographic, clinical, and treatment details.

• Utilize CRM, EHR, and outreach tools with proficiency.

• Ensure accurate and current documentation across all systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume outbound or client-facing position.

• Strong persuasive and empathetic communication skills.

• Strategic mindset towards outreach efforts.

• Proficient with technology and various tools.

• Excellent written communication skills for SMS and email.

• Must be available to work from 10am to 6pm Pacific Time.
