Member Experience Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Greet new patients and verify the delivery of care packages and equipment.

• Facilitate initial telehealth appointments and guide patients through care package demonstrations.

• Assist patients with device setup and navigation of the Carda Health app.

• Provide comprehensive instructions and continuous support to ensure patients feel comfortable with technology and their participation in the program.

• Oversee the check-in and check-out processes for telehealth sessions.

• Collaborate with providers and internal teams to maintain a seamless appointment process and follow-up.

• Act as a frontline support resource for patients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.

• Keep patients engaged, motivated, and well-informed throughout their healthcare journey.

• Accurately document all patient interactions in Salesforce and other relevant systems.

• Monitor care package deliveries, referrals, and enrollment statuses to ensure all patients receive the necessary support.

• Work alongside clinical, growth, and operations teams to meet patient needs and enhance workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare support, customer success, or a similar patient-facing role (Telehealth experience is preferred).

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively connect with older adult populations (65+).

• Proficient with technology and able to swiftly learn new software (experience with Salesforce, EHR, or CRM systems is a plus).

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
