Member Experience Representative – Temporary Leave Coverage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop strong relationships with members and identify opportunities to promote credit union products and services.

• Deliver outstanding member service to all credit union members through various communication methods, including phone calls, chats, secured messaging, and other departmental tasks. Emphasize educating members on digital self-service options to enhance the overall member experience.

• Assist members with questions regarding their accounts, products, and services, as well as navigating online banking and other digital offerings.

• Address member issues and concerns, including fraud prevention and operational matters, in a timely and effective manner, particularly those related to digital services.

• Accurately and efficiently handle member transactions, including those processed through online banking and other digital platforms.

• Ensure adherence to all credit union policies and procedures, particularly those concerning online banking and digital services.

• Actively promote credit union products and services to members, focusing on online banking and other digital self-service options.

• Engage in continuous training to remain informed about credit union products and services, especially those related to digital services and product referrals.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Prefer work-related experience or a relevant college degree.

• At least 2 years of work-related experience in a full-service financial institution or a similar role in a related field is required. Supervisory or lead employee experience for a minimum of two years is preferred.

• Knowledge of credit union products and services, along with procedures and guidelines, as well as membership requirements.

• Familiarity with regulations applicable to essential job responsibilities.

• Strong communication skills effective across all levels of the audience.

• Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Symitar for Windows (Episys).
