This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
β’ Assist with the daily management of accounts for active vendor partners, ensuring that contracts, timelines, deliverables, and documentation are precise and current in Salesforce and Monday.com.
β’ Oversee and monitor inventory across member benefit channels, which include (but are not limited to): landing pages, email feature placements, article slots, organic social media features, business tool sponsorships, digital and in-person event sponsorships, and report sponsorships.
β’ Manage the tracking of benefit placements, timelines, and promotion fulfillment to ensure that contract obligations are fulfilled and opportunities are utilized effectively.
β’ Handle incoming inquiries from potential vendor partners by acting as the first point of contact, facilitating intake and preliminary qualification workflows, and coordinating the next steps in the formal partnership evaluation process.
β’ Create and maintain Due Diligence & Eligibility Reports, including necessary updates during renewals or when the partnership scope changes.
β’ Assist with annual contract auditing processes to renew and transition current vendor partners.
β’ Coordinate the setup of new vendor partners on the Yoga Alliance website (via Salesforce) and lead the onboarding procedure.
β’ Collaborate with the Strategic Communications team and other internal departments to ensure smooth launches of member benefits and accurate information for members.
β’ Prepare internal documents, intake summaries, and slide presentations that support partner evaluations, launches, and internal alignment.
β’ Help in fostering existing partnerships through timely follow-ups, asset coordination, and ongoing activation support.
β’ Arrange scheduling and logistics with vendors for discovery and evaluation calls with the Senior Manager.
β’ Facilitate operational reporting and partnership visibility through precise data management and system organization.
β’ Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities for enhancing partner workflows, documentation, and internal processes.
β’ Act as a dependable operational partner within the Community Engagement team, contributing to a collaborative, organized, and member-focused culture.
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent professional experience (4 years) in business, marketing/advertising, nonprofit operations, project management, or a related field.
β’ More than 3 years of experience in supporting business development, strategic partnerships, account coordination, program management, or a similar role.
β’ At least 1 year of experience successfully managing multiple projects concurrently and tracking details across systems and stakeholders.
β’ Ability to build and enhance processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
β’ Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and follow-through.
β’ Proficiency in the following core skills and competencies: Collaboration, Communication, Critical Thinking & Sound Judgment, Project Management, Solution Orientation, Strategic Thinking, and strong technology skills with a quick learning aptitude for new platforms or technologies: Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); customer relationship management platforms (e.g., Salesforce); project management platforms (e.g., Monday).
