This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Assist in the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of the PALU framework
• Examine and convert program data utilizing R and/or Python
• Create and sustain ETL pipelines, dashboards, and automated reporting systems
• Oversee data integrity and ensure adherence to MCD MEL standards and donor expectations
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Public Health, Epidemiology, Data Science, Statistics) or a related field
• Relevant experience (1–3 years) in MEL, data analysis, or similar positions within global health or international development
• Proficient in coding with R and/or Python
• Proven capability to design and implement digital data collection forms utilizing ODK (XLSForm)
• Familiarity with languages other than English is advantageous, especially French and Spanish.
