This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver in-house repair services either at a repair/service center or through on-site technical support, without any sales or service quotas.

• Offer technical guidance to customers, sales representatives, and healthcare professionals regarding product-related inquiries, challenges, and issues.

• Supply sales personnel with technical information for product demonstrations.

• Serve as a point of contact between sales personnel and clients concerning technical matters.

• Conduct technical presentations during sales meetings and at customer locations.

• Oversee and/or manage assigned projects in collaboration with stakeholders to attain desired outcomes.

• Operate independently with general supervision on larger and moderately complex projects and assignments.

• Modify or suggest improvements to systems and processes to address issues or enhance efficiency.

• Relay information, status updates, needs, and concerns to aid in decision-making.

• Provide mentorship and support to entry-level professionals and/or employees within the Support Career Stream.

• Primarily engage with customers in the Berlin, Magdeburg, Braunschweig, or Hannover region.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years of experience.

• OR an Associate’s Degree with 4+ years of experience.

• OR a Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience.

• Relevant technical experience in medical devices, MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or related fields.

• Additional training, certifications, or professional licensure may be necessary in certain countries.

• Full measles immunization protection is mandatory due to specific facility vaccination requirements.

• Must be able to work mainly in the Berlin, Magdeburg, Braunschweig, or Hannover region.

• Willingness to occasionally travel internationally for continuing education and training.

• Technical expertise in medical devices, MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or relevant industries.
