This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Promote JUNG’s diverse product offerings, which include electrical outlets and smart home as well as building control systems.
• Deliver proactive, sales-driven assistance to electrical contractors, wholesalers, engineering firms, architects, and companies in the housing sector within Bavaria, focusing on the Northern Bavaria / Lower Franconia area.
• Acquire and support construction projects during their planning and development phases, aimed at maximizing sales and profitability.
• Independently pursue and meet sales objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager and the Bavaria sales team.
• Maintain and grow the customer network while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct training sessions for customers.
• Present the product range and tailored customer solutions.
• Organize, support, and participate in events such as trade fairs, customer events, and counter days.
• Document activities and keep the CRM system updated.
• Represent the company and embody its values.
• Completed vocational training in the electrical field, such as Electrical Installer or Electronics Technician.
• Additional qualifications as a master electrician, electrical engineering technician, or electrical engineer (m/f/d) are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Initial experience in a sales setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of modern electrical building systems technology.
• Basic understanding of other technical building systems, including HVAC, sun protection, multimedia, and network technology.
• Ability to clearly and effectively explain complex devices and systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire others.
• Technical proficiency combined with commercial negotiation abilities.
• Motivated individual with a confident and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital media.
• Willingness to primarily work from a home office.
