Médico/a urgencias – 100% remoto

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Provide medical guidance and advice to patients via phone, video consultation, or chat.

• Assess and activate medical resources, such as home visits or emergency ambulances, in accordance with client directives and Teladoc Health International standards.

• Assist patients through active listening techniques.

• Conduct structured anamnesis.

• Evaluate medical severity and determine the required level of care.

• Offer medical advice and prescribe medications when appropriate.

• Activate and adjust the suitable resources based on clinical circumstances and availability.

• Reach out to other emergency services when necessary.

• Monitor the patient until the resource arrives, if applicable.

• Accurately record data in the system.

• Report incidents to the supervisor.

• Adhere to quality standards and the medical ethical code.

• Stay updated and operate in accordance with internal protocols, agreements with companies, and ethical policies of Teladoc Health International.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent healthcare experience in Spain.

• Active professional registration in Spain.

• Availability for at least 2 shifts of 6 hours each per week (12 hours weekly).

• Specialization in family medicine, emergency medicine, internal medicine, pulmonology, or similar fields will be viewed favorably.

• Proficiency in additional languages (English, Catalan, or others) will be considered a plus.
