Medicare Programs Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver consistent, professional, and high-quality support to clients on compliance-related matters, particularly regarding MIPS.

• Adhere to established protocols to guarantee client satisfaction and the delivery of quality services.

• Communicate customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.

• Address Tier 2 and 3 escalated MIPS inquiries assigned by the Support team.

• Differentiate between providing answers directly to customers and recommending MIPS Advising or MIPS compliance-related Q&A.

• Support the MIPS Advising team with necessary tasks.

• Collaborate with the internal Compliance team to meet customer requests concerning regulatory and documentation requirements, including but not limited to SOC 2 reports, audit logs, and vendor certification letters.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Exceptional written communication skills are essential.

• Proven expertise in assessing, troubleshooting, and following up on customer issues.

• Experience in a medical practice and/or familiarity with EMRs is advantageous.

• Basic understanding of Apple platforms: Mac, iPad, iPhone/iPad iOS.

• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as Salesforce and Jira.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and organizational abilities.

• Capacity to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

• Readiness to stay updated and adapt to changes.
