This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Review and provide assistance to Everence Medicare Supplement members regarding Medicare Part D.
• Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of Medicare Part D prescription drug plans.
• Leverage the Medicare Planfinder online tool to guide members in selecting a suitable Medicare Part D prescription drug plan.
• Arrange and conduct meetings with members via phone or Microsoft Teams to discuss recommended prescription drug plans and aid in evaluating final plan selections.
• Reach out to members to gather additional information and conduct follow-ups.
• Audit Medicare Part D data entry forms and documentation to ensure precision.
• Record member interactions and plan specifics using the customer relationship management system (CRM) and document management system (OnBase).
• Collaborate with field offices to address member needs and guarantee coordinated service delivery.
• Perform other related tasks as necessary.
• Experience or a keen interest in engaging and communicating with members aged 65 and older.
• Strong focus on service excellence.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to effectively manage a busy schedule.
• Capacity to maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
• Ability to utilize both objective and subjective information to assist members in making informed plan decisions.
• Proficiency in using a computer and performing data entry tasks.
• Familiarity with medication names and medical terminology is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of Medicare functions is preferred, but not mandatory.
