This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee patient intake procedures.
• Handle prior authorization requests.
• Supervise and manage incoming email communications.
• Perform basic insurance verification during the intake phase.
• Check in patients according to the clinic's established workflow.
• Respond to phone calls and assist with front desk operations as necessary.
• Experience in healthcare administration.
• Knowledge of insurance verification processes.
• Familiarity with patient intake procedures.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Capacity to learn and adhere to front desk workflows.
• Proficiency in AdvancedMD.
• **Preferred Experience** in any of the following roles or environments is beneficial:
• Mental health services.
• Medical Receptionist.
• Front Desk Medical Assistant.
• Patient Coordinator.
• Intake Coordinator.

• **Basic Requirements:**
• Must possess strong English speaking and writing skills.
• Relevant work experience is required.
• Must be able to provide an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check prior to onboarding [mandatory].
• Must be available for video meetings with the camera on when required.
