This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Tailor initial conversations according to patient requirements, ensuring they comprehend how the program can cater to their distinct health issues, offering personalized advantages instead of generic services.
• Handle inquiries through various communication platforms (phone, email, etc.), including management of voicemail inboxes and message distribution, delivering timely and precise responses.
• Process and oversee referrals, striving for efficient conversion within a 7-10 day period while managing multiple referral loops for a substantial patient panel.
• Execute thorough data entry encompassing clinical survey scores/results, diagnostic assessments, remote physiologic monitoring (RPM), and remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) data streams.
• Organize and coordinate patient appointments while keeping patients informed about their care schedule.
• Manage and process incoming and outgoing medical records, ensuring accurate documentation and organization.
• Maintain precise EMR records by updating care notes, face sheets, and safeguarding the integrity of patient information.
• Participate in clinical meetings, take comprehensive notes, and follow up on action items and project timelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, engineers, designers, and care team members to enhance patient care delivery continuously.
• Address patient issues and complaints, identifying challenges and devising suitable solutions to ensure patient satisfaction while maintaining professional communication throughout the process.
• Meet daily call targets of 75-100 interactions.
• Comply with established performance metrics to qualify for incentive plans linked to performance.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare, nursing, or another clinical discipline.
• 2+ years of professional experience in a customer service or healthcare environment, showcasing a thorough understanding of patient care and care coordination.
• Strong understanding of the US healthcare system and its complexities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in CRM systems, EMR software, and common office applications (e.g., Google Suite).
• Training or experience in clinical medicine, such as holding a nursing degree, being a nursing assistant, or having experience as a clinical scribe.
• Typing speed of no less than 60 words per minute.
• Dependable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps) and a quiet home environment for work.
• Availability to work in US time zones (EST).
