
Medical Subject Matter Expert – AI Training, Documentation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create original, self-written medical documents (PDF or Word) intended for AI training, including clinical reports, case studies, research manuscripts, technical documentation, and educational resources.
• Ensure that all submitted documents reflect a high level of depth, technical accuracy, and real-world medical expertise.
• Contribute multimodal content that incorporates text, tables, charts, diagrams, figures, and other visual elements as necessary.
• Diligently de-identify all confidential or patient-specific information while preserving the integrity and educational value of the documentation.
• Assemble a varied collection of documents, ideally between 10–100 pages, to support different AI training scenarios.
• Offer additional context or clarifications about submitted materials when needed.
• Collaborate remotely with project teams to enhance AI systems through the delivery of high-quality medical content.
• An advanced degree or professional qualification in Medicine, Healthcare, Clinical Research, or a related field (MD, DO, PhD, MBBS, RN, or equivalent).
• Significant experience in authoring clinical documentation, research papers, medical reports, case studies, or technical healthcare content.
• Strong understanding of medical documentation standards, patient confidentiality, and data de-identification practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex medical concepts clearly and accurately.
• Experience in creating documentation that includes structured data, tables, charts, figures, or other visual content.
• Ability to produce original, professionally crafted medical documents from your own portfolio for AI training purposes.
• Experience as a practicing physician, healthcare professional, clinical researcher, academic, or medical documentation specialist (Preferred).
• Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, medical terminology, and evidence-based healthcare practices (Preferred).
• Familiarity with research publications, clinical guidelines, or educational content development (Preferred).
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, project-based setting (Preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality documentation (Preferred).
