Medical Scribes Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Organize daily tasks and workflow assignments

• Oversee productivity and monitor the 40-chart target

• Handle coverage, outstanding tasks, and overall workload

• Review scribe documentation for precision and thoroughness

• Analyze quality trends and generate weekly reports

• Conduct coaching sessions and performance evaluations

• Develop improvement strategies and implement feedback

• Compile weekly production and issue reports

• Provide updates to leadership

• Train and onboard new scribes

• Offer continuous support, feedback, and escalation as necessary

• Transform transcribed diagnostic test results, procedures, and consultation notes into suitable report formats

• Expand medical abbreviations and acronyms into their full forms, as well as articulate medical terminology

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a degree in any medical field

• At least 1 year of Team Lead / Supervisory / Subject Matter Expert experience in a healthcare setting

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Scribe (Live Scribing)

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems like ECW

• Typing speed averaging 50-60 words per minute

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

• Willingness to work the night shift
