This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Accurately and efficiently input handwritten patient notes into the JerryMed EHR system.
• Transcribe and record patient information with a high degree of precision.
• Update and sustain patient charts and medical records.
• Organize and process approximately 700+ patient notes each month.
• Ensure that all documentation is thorough, precise, and entered promptly.
• Manage note workflows from three distinct healthcare facilities.
• Arrange digital files and patient documentation systematically.
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and standards for patient confidentiality.
• Assist with various administrative tasks as necessary.
• Support additional projects related to note entry and documentation when workload permits.
• Effectively communicate regarding any missing information or discrepancies in documentation.
• Contribute to the enhancement of record-keeping and administrative processes for improved efficiency.
• Experience in healthcare, medical offices, or clinical environments.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
• Reliable and consistent in meeting deadlines.
• Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality regulations.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Adaptable and comfortable with flexible workflows and processes.
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem resolution.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Comfortable handling large volumes of documentation and patient notes.
• Professional, trustworthy, and responsive to constructive feedback.
• Quick learner capable of adapting to new systems and procedures.
