Medical Scribe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Precisely record patient interactions, medical histories, physical assessments, and treatment strategies in real-time.

• Prepare and maintain patient records within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

• Support physicians with charting, coding, and ensuring that all pertinent medical information is documented.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to guarantee the accurate documentation of diagnoses, lab results, medications, and procedures.

• Organize and prioritize daily responsibilities to facilitate the prompt completion of medical documentation.

• Uphold strict confidentiality of patient data in accordance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

• Comprehensive understanding of medical terminology and anatomy.

• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and expertise in medical documentation.

• Outstanding listening and typing abilities, with the capability to transcribe medical information accurately and swiftly.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple patient records effectively.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate efficiently with physicians and healthcare teams.

• Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining precision under time-sensitive conditions.

• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare privacy regulations.
