This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.
β’ Utilize scientific expertise and market insights to build professional relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
β’ Engage with clients on discussions regarding emerging data, clinical trial activities, and market trends.
β’ Identify key stakeholders and formulate strategies for education and engagement.
β’ Collaborate with internal team members to advance clinical practice within the designated territory.
β’ Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the assigned therapeutic area and Novartis compounds.
β’ Complete administrative tasks and training promptly.
β’ A graduate degree in science or healthcare is necessary; a doctoral degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD) is preferred.
β’ For Manager: 0-3 years of experience in a Field Medical role within the pharmaceutical sector or as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is required, OR 3-5 years of pertinent medical affairs, clinical research, or similar experience in a scientific or clinical environment is preferred.
β’ Previous experience in the assigned or related therapeutic area is preferred.
β’ Strong clinical knowledge encompassing pharmacotherapy, treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, strategies for medical expert engagement, and FDA promotional guidelines, regulations, and ethical standards applicable to the pharmaceutical industry is required.
β’ For Associate Director: A minimum of 3 yearsβ experience in a Field Medical-based role within the pharmaceutical industry or as an MSL is preferred, OR 5-7 years of relevant medical affairs, clinical research, or related experience in a scientific or clinical context is required.
β’ Previous experience in the assigned or related therapeutic area is preferred.
β’ Strong clinical knowledge, including pharmacotherapy, treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, medical expert engagement strategies, and FDA promotional guidelines, regulations, and ethical standards applicable to the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
