This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Interact with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs) through consistent field visits, scientific discussions, and educational engagements.
• Represent the organization at regional and international congresses, conferences, and scientific gatherings.
• Provide scientific and medical education to surgeons and healthcare professionals, both in-person and online.
• Establish and nurture robust, trustworthy relationships with KOLs and clinical experts.
• Collect and relay insights from the field to enhance Medical Affairs strategy and uncover clinical opportunities.
• Deliver precise, evidence-based answers to scientific and medical inquiries.
• Assist in the creation of scientific materials and presentations for both internal and external audiences.
• Contribute to publications, abstracts, and scientific communications.
• Aid Clinical and Regulatory teams by offering scientific and clinical input as necessary.
• Work collaboratively across Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, and Medical Education teams.
• MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in Medical Affairs, MSL, or similar positions within the medical devices or healthcare sectors.
• Prior experience in breast aesthetics, reconstructive, or cosmetic procedures is preferred.
• Exceptional scientific communication and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to foster relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• High degree of autonomy and capability to thrive in a field-based setting.
• Readiness and ability to travel extensively (up to 70% across Europe).
• Proficiency in additional local languages is advantageous.
