📋 Description

• Drive impact by enhancing clinical practices within the designated territory to achieve better patient outcomes.

• Collaborate scientifically with Healthcare Providers (HCPs) and medical professionals.

• Oversee and enhance the management of their territory while executing all pertinent activities in line with the medical strategic and tactical plan.

• Inform and influence medical strategy by applying a curious approach to gather significant and actionable insights.

• Build and nurture professional relationships while engaging with HCPs.

• Interact with customers through various initiatives, including support for clinical trials, identifying collaborative opportunities, and ensuring proper territory identification, mapping, and planning of Medical Engagements (MEs) and Key Accounts.


⛳️ Requirements

• A graduate degree in science or healthcare is required; a doctoral degree is preferred (MD, PhD, DNP, PharmD, etc.).

• 0-3 years of experience in a Field Medical role within the pharmaceutical industry or as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is required OR 3-5 years of pertinent medical affairs, clinical research, or related experience in a scientific or clinical environment is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Field Medical role within the pharmaceutical industry or as an MSL is preferred OR 5-7 years of relevant medical affairs, clinical research, or related experience in a scientific or clinical environment is required.

• Comprehensive clinical knowledge, including pharmacotherapy, treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, strategies for engaging medical experts, and an understanding of FDA promotional guidelines, regulations, and ethical standards applicable to the pharmaceutical industry is essential.

• A valid driver’s license is necessary.

• Candidates must perform their responsibilities following applicable laws, regulations, and Novartis policies.
