📋 Description

• The primary goal of the MSL is to create a significant impact by enhancing clinical practices within the designated territory, ultimately leading to better patient outcomes.

• Engage scientifically with Healthcare Providers (HCPs) and medical specialists.

• Influence and develop medical strategy by applying an inquisitive approach to gather meaningful and actionable insights.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to advance therapeutic area, clinical, or product objectives as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A graduate degree in science or healthcare is mandatory; a doctoral degree is preferred (MD, PhD, DNP, PharmD, etc.).

• 0-3 years of experience in a Field Medical role, or 3-5 years of relevant experience in a scientific or clinical environment is preferred for Manager Level.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Field Medical-based role is preferred for Associate Director Level.

• Solid clinical knowledge encompassing pharmacotherapy, treatment protocols, clinical research methodologies, strategies for engaging medical experts, and FDA promotional guidelines.
