πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the medical and scientific authority for Averitas products and associated disease states

β€’ Engage in scientific dialogue with Key External Experts (KEEs) and healthcare stakeholders

β€’ Provide precise, balanced, and compliant medical information in response to unsolicited inquiries

β€’ Collect and relay medical insights and emerging trends in the field to internal teams

β€’ Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial teams, Market Access, Training, and other internal partners

β€’ Identify opportunities for scientific collaboration that align with the company's medical goals

β€’ Conduct scientific education and training sessions for both internal and external audiences

β€’ Support and facilitate scientific meetings, congress events, and educational programs

β€’ Offer competitive intelligence and insights on the therapeutic landscape, scientific data, and evolving healthcare standards

β€’ Stay updated on clinical guidelines, publications, and scientific advancements

β€’ Contribute to knowledge creation, scientific storytelling, and dissemination of medical information

β€’ Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture that reflects Averitas values


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ PharmD, PhD, or MD degree

β€’ 2–4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL), preferably in specialty disease areas

β€’ Experience in launching new specialty pharmaceutical or biologic products or indications

β€’ Understanding of industry trends and market insights, including the requirements of healthcare stakeholders such as KEEs and payers

β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

β€’ High ethical and professional standards

β€’ Willingness to travel up to 60%–70%, including overnight trips, and participate in company-sponsored events, meetings, and conferences

β€’ Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record

β€’ Ability to operate in accordance with relevant regulations and professional standards
