Medical Science Liaison, Central Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Interact with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs) through consistent field visits, scientific discussions, and educational engagements.

• Represent the organization at both regional and international congresses, conferences, and scientific gatherings.

• Provide scientific and medical education to surgeons and healthcare professionals, in both face-to-face and virtual formats.

• Establish and sustain robust, trusted relationships with KOLs and clinical experts.

• Collect and convey insights from the field to enhance the Medical Affairs strategy and pinpoint clinical opportunities.

• Offer precise, evidence-based answers to scientific and medical inquiries.

• Assist in the creation of scientific materials and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Contribute to publications, abstracts, and scientific communications.

• Aid Clinical and Regulatory teams by offering scientific and clinical input as necessary.

• Work collaboratively across Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, and Medical Education teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD, PharmD, PhD or a higher degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline.

• Over 8 years of experience in Medical Affairs, MSL, or similar roles within the medical devices or healthcare sectors.

• Preferred experience in breast aesthetics, reconstructive, or cosmetic procedures.

• Excellent scientific communication and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to establish relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.

• High degree of autonomy and capability to work in a field-based setting.

• Willingness and capacity to travel extensively (up to 70% across Europe).

• Proficient in English.

• Additional local languages are advantageous.
