Medical Science Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture relationships with KOLs, investigators, and various stakeholders within the healthcare and research sectors.

• Act as a subject matter expert to provide precise, unbiased, and evidence-supported scientific and clinical information regarding the company's products and pipeline.

• Assist in clinical trial operations by identifying prospective sites, aiding in feasibility evaluations, and sustaining communication with study investigators.

• Offer medical insights to cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, marketing, regulatory) to guide strategy and planning.

• Address unsolicited medical inquiries from healthcare providers while adhering to regulatory and legal standards.

• Conduct medical education presentations for healthcare professionals in both individual and group formats.

• Collaborate with internal teams on scientific communications, such as publications, congress materials, and advisory board content.

• Track and report on competitive intelligence and changes within the therapeutic landscape.

• Ensure adherence to all internal and external policies, regulations, and SOPs, including those governing interactions with healthcare providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) in a relevant scientific field is mandatory.

• 2–5 years of experience as an MSL or in a comparable medical affairs/scientific role within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industries.

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial design, regulatory guidelines, and the evaluation of scientific literature.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities; capable of translating complex scientific data into engaging insights for varied audiences.

• Proven ability to establish trust and credibility with external stakeholders.

• Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and virtual meeting technologies.

• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50–70%, with occasional international travel as required.
