
Medical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Proactively expand and oversee an external sales territory with regular field activity to cultivate referrals from both existing and new partners.
• Daily identify and target potential partners and B2B accounts to create a pipeline of referral leads, successfully closing a continuous stream of opportunities, which includes in-person visits to prospects, identifying key contacts, and overcoming gatekeepers.
• Deliver weekly in-service presentations within medical practices to educate and promote AnswersNow to all staff levels.
• Manage a portfolio of key partners, developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans to ensure optimal satisfaction, retention, and growth within key accounts.
• Exhibit a steadfast commitment to embodying the company's mission and promoting our purpose.
• Enhance and refine existing sales practices, processes, and tools while identifying areas for funnel optimization.
• Initiate a high volume of outbound activities through face-to-face interactions, phone and video calls, emails, social outreach, and other communication channels to address partners’ concerns.
• Conduct sales calls and demonstrations with targeted accounts; consistently improve and refine your sales cadence and channel approach.
• Ensure data hygiene and accuracy within our CRM and CRM dashboards; take ownership of your KPIs; demonstrate and communicate progress towards your sales targets.
• Assume responsibility for all reporting requirements related to your partner portfolio.
• Address partner issues and escalations by collaborating with internal teams such as member support, operations, analytics, product, and marketing as necessary.
• Work closely with internal experts regarding the services delivered to ensure that the information shared with partners is both accurate and consistent.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 3 years of experience in outside sales managing a sales territory.
• Willingness to travel daily within your local territory for in-person meetings with potential partners.
• Overnight travel may be required due to the size of the territory.
• Experience in selling to healthcare provider offices is an advantage.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong motivation to develop and expand your own territory.
• Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability in prospecting and developing new markets.
• Capable of delivering results and operating effectively without daily supervision.
• Familiarity with using data to guide your daily and weekly field activities.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
