This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Conduct at least 75 outbound calls each day.
• Oversee and monitor activities using our CRM systems (Acumatica/HubSpot).
• Engage in both cold and warm calling to create new business opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with existing accounts and reconnect with former customers.
• Establish new customer accounts and enhance facility partnerships.
• Achieve and surpass key performance indicators and work ethic standards.
• Foster trust and maintain robust customer relationships.
• Regularly meet sales objectives and contribute to revenue growth.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide seamless support.
• A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient with technology and quick to adapt to new software and systems.
• Self-driven with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
• Team-oriented, capable of building positive relationships with both colleagues and customers.
