This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

• Oversee the local medical team

• Ensure the execution and alignment of local/regional medical strategies

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Influence significant healthcare stakeholders

• Maintain visit frequencies and the number of interactions with doctors and pharmacies

• Build a trusting long-term partnership with clients

• Track market trends and activities

• Organize local seminars and workshops for healthcare professionals

• Report on activities

• Keep abreast of new developments in the medical field

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, or Veterinary

• Preferred experience in a similar position within the pharmaceutical sector

• Strong planning and organizational abilities

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in English

• Computer literacy

• Valid driving license and driving experience
