This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.
• Accountable for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and medical facilities across the region.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics within the designated territory of Mount Lebanon and its surrounding areas.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the advantages and uses of our pharmaceutical offerings.
• Offer thorough product information and training to clients, expertly addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
• Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business prospects and aid in strategic planning.
• Achieve or surpass sales objectives and key performance indicators, showcasing a goal-oriented mindset.
• Participate in medical conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote our product range and remain informed about industry advancements.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Keep precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product feedback utilizing CRM software.
• Remain knowledgeable about the latest advancements in pharmaceutical products and their medical uses.
• Ensure adherence to all pertinent healthcare regulations and company policies.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales, with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and their medical applications.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
• Insight into the healthcare industry and current market trends.
• Understanding of local healthcare systems in Mount Lebanon and the surrounding areas.
• Capacity to adapt to evolving market conditions and think strategically.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
