This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Directly request medical records from healthcare providers or through authorized third-party vendors.
• Ensure timely and consistent follow-up on all records requests.
• Prioritize follow-ups with out-of-network providers to guarantee prompt receipt of records.
• Monitor and track outstanding records requests until they are completed.
• Review incoming medical records for accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
• Ensure that records are well-organized and ready for final review by the designated Case Manager.
• Upload, save, and maintain records in the appropriate sections of Filevine, Dropbox, and any additional required platforms or internal systems.
• Notify the assigned Case Manager once records have been received, reviewed, and correctly saved.
• Communicate clearly and promptly regarding any missing, incomplete, or pending records.
• Uphold strict confidentiality when managing client, medical, and legal information.
• Previous experience in requesting, reviewing, or managing medical records is strongly preferred.
• Experience in a legal, healthcare, personal injury, or medical administrative setting is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Filevine, Dropbox, or similar document management systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to track multiple requests and follow up consistently.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.
• Proficiency in English is required; CV must be submitted in English.
