• Oversee the complete process of record retrieval for designated customers and providers.

• Develop, standardize, and continually enhance playbooks for high-volume hospitals, billing organizations, and provider networks.

• Guarantee precision and compliance — ensuring clean ROIs, affidavits, billing documents, and comprehensive document sets with no rework required.

• Identify workflow enhancements and collaborate with engineering and product teams to automate repetitive tasks.

• Work together with colleagues to exchange insights, standardize best practices, and elevate our quality standards.
