This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Promptly answer and manage a large volume of incoming calls.
• Direct patient inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
• Evaluate the urgency of patient concerns and route calls accordingly.
• Provide accurate information or transfer calls to the appropriate team based on patient needs.
• Schedule appointments, relay messages, and follow up with patients as necessary.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while addressing patient concerns.
• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, ideally within a medical environment.
• Capability to manage a high volume of calls.
• Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and prioritize tasks efficiently.
