Medical Program Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development and lead the implementation of medical pre-launch and launch initiatives for an Immunology asset.

• Oversee the engagement of global Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the field.

• Provide input for clinical development initiatives.

• Deliver internal and external medical/scientific communication and educational materials.

• Offer scientific insights for the creation of materials produced by cross-functional teams.

• Implement the global medical strategy for an Immunology asset, including the formulation and execution of global medical strategies and tactical plans (pre-launch and launch).

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 8 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical/biotech sector (e.g., Medical Affairs).

• Experience with global/regional launch processes is preferred.

• Proven experience and capability to engage with key external stakeholders.

• Established ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical medical plans.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evaluating and analyzing medical/scientific literature accurately and effectively.

• Advanced presentation and communication skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
