This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Establish and nurture relationships with payers, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), and health systems.

• Provide clinical, real-world, and health economic evidence to guide access decisions.

• Assist in the payer engagement strategy, encompassing pre-launch initiatives and value communication.

• Contribute to health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) and evidence generation plans, including support for AMCP dossiers.

• Collect insights regarding payer requirements and market dynamics to shape strategy.

• Collaborate across various functions with Medical Affairs, HEOR, and Market Access teams.

• Engage with payers and healthcare decision-makers to convey the clinical and economic benefits of Alumis therapies.

• Aid in formulary access, reimbursement, and enhancement of patient outcomes.

• Transform clinical and HEOR evidence into impactful value narratives for population-based stakeholders.

• An advanced degree is essential (PharmD, PhD, MD, MPH, or equivalent).

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, HEOR, Market Access, or a related field.

• Preference for candidates with experience engaging payers or healthcare decision-makers.

• Strong comprehension of HEOR, real-world evidence (RWE), and the U.S. payer landscape.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Capability to convert complex data into clear, payer-relevant value insights.
