This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assess and implement modifications to current patient orders
• Ensure the accuracy of prescriptions and identify when updated documentation is necessary
• Confirm insurance coverage and manage authorizations through submission or follow-up
• Compute and confirm enteral formula needs
• Utilize insurance and payer portals effectively
• Maintain precise, HIPAA-compliant records
• Liaise with patients and internal teams as required to address order concerns
• Minimum of 2 years in healthcare administration, order processing, or insurance-related roles
• Experience in home health, DME, or enteral services is preferred
• Familiarity with insurance authorization is advantageous
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory
