This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and assist providers in adhering to schedules, workflows, and operational standards.
• Offer operational support during designated evening and weekend hours (CST) to ensure provider availability and continuity of care.
• Maintain real-time oversight of provider availability and promptly escalate any coverage gaps or operational concerns as necessary.
• Act as the primary operational liaison for providers regarding workflows, procedures, and expectations.
• Respond to provider inquiries or concerns in a prompt, professional, and supportive manner.
• Monitor and assist in reporting on key operational and performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify workflow bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or recurring challenges faced by providers and escalate recommendations as needed.
• Support daily provider operations by reinforcing operational standards and ensuring consistency across programs.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management to align provider schedules with patient demand and service objectives.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance, Patient Experience, Clinical Leadership, and IT teams to address operational issues affecting providers.
• Keep accurate records of provider communications, escalations, and resolution outcomes.
• Participate in scheduled OpenLoop holiday coverage to guarantee continuous provider support.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, provider support, administrative operations, or clinical operations support (healthcare experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Health Services Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and follow-through; adept at managing high-volume daily operational workflows and supporting an active provider population.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong provider-facing, service-oriented approach.
• Proficient in collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Slack, and ticketing or workflow management systems (e.g., Zoho Desk).
• Familiarity with identity and access management tools (e.g., Okta) and basic technical troubleshooting is advantageous.
• Capable of effective prioritization, appropriate escalation of issues, and cross-functional collaboration with Medical Operations, Practice Management, Clinical Leadership, Quality, and IT teams.
• Comfortable operating within changing systems and workflows and contributing to ongoing operational enhancements based on feedback and data.
