Medical Materiel Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Perform a variety of warehousing duties, including customer support, requisitioning, shipping, receiving, assembling medical kits, managing inventory, ensuring Quality Assurance (QA), and preparing and deploying cargo.

• Provide logistical oversight and inventory management for the 27 Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) Response Enterprise.

• Carry out monthly evaluations and deliver reports to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) regarding SLEP and DMLSS inventory records.

• Serve as the SLEP coordinator for Logicole.

• Supervise other onsite contractor personnel, coordinating logistics activities with various base organizations, units, and government entities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of eight years of experience in the medical logistics field, including six years in specialized medical materiel management.

• Specialized experience should encompass general supply operations, ordering, receiving, customer support, inventory management, assemblage management, warehousing, and operation of diverse materials handling equipment.

• This specialized experience must be in a healthcare or healthcare support environment or setting.

• Proficient in using and executing transactions within the MMIS.

• Possess an accredited Associate’s Degree or higher, or have eight years of experience in medical logistics field with six years in specialized medical materiel management.
