This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Assist in the Army's medical logistics programs by engaging in operational planning, project execution, and strategic initiatives.
• Perform research and analysis to assess medical logistics operations, evaluate organizational performance, identify operational trends, and address emerging issues.
• Gather, consolidate, and analyze data from various sources to facilitate executive decision-making and offer program recommendations.
• Create executive-ready briefings, reports, decision papers, presentations, and other written communications that support medical logistics initiatives.
• Aid in the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of medical logistics policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives.
• Coordinate activities and recommendations among various Army organizations and stakeholders to achieve enterprise medical logistics objectives.
• Oversee project activities, milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure timely execution.
• Lead meetings, working groups, and collaborative planning sessions while documenting decisions and tracking follow-up actions.
• Distill complex operational and analytical information into actionable recommendations that enhance medical logistics readiness, mission performance, and organizational efficiency.
• Generate performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products to enhance leadership visibility and support informed decision-making.
• Participate in planning activities related to medical logistics readiness, sustainment, capability assessments, and program integration.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including market research, proposal support, solution development, and client engagement as needed.
• Undertake additional consulting, analytical, and project support tasks as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in support of Army logistics, medical logistics, DoD, or other complex Government organizations.
• Proven experience in conducting operational analysis, readiness assessments, program evaluations, or organizational assessments.
• Strong analytical abilities, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and experience utilizing spreadsheets, databases, and collaboration tools.
• Proven capability to collect, analyze, and synthesize information from various sources into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in developing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing numerous priorities in dynamic settings.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• This role requires an active Secret security clearance.
