Medical Licensing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive medical licensing process from start to finish.

• Support the onboarding procedures for newly hired clinicians.

• Ensure the timely procurement and renewal of licenses for all SteadyMD physicians and nurses.

• Uphold compliance with both state and federal licensing regulations.

• Serve as the main point of contact with medical boards and regulatory agencies.

• Keep internal teams informed about updates in licensing laws and requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical licensing.

• Proficient understanding of current IMLC, FSMB, and reciprocity states.

• Experience in managing licensing for physicians and nurses across all 51 states.

• In-depth knowledge of licensing regulations and credentialing best practices.

• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
