Medical Interpreter, Polish – OPI/VRI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Handle calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of ethics.

• Communicate and report effectively to your team leader.

• Always be prepared to take notes during calls.

• Familiarity with the specific terminology relevant to the industry in which the interpreter operates (particularly healthcare and medical).

• Accurately and completely convey all messages without adding, omitting, or substituting content.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the interpreting process.

• Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients by providing precise and thorough interpretation.

• Adhere to dress code standards for video remote interpreting.

• As this role is entirely remote, ensure compliance with various technical requirements for your computer.
