This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
β’ Responding to technical inquiries received via phone, letter, email, and fax regarding assigned products in a precise, assured, and professional manner.
β’ Adhering to the specific Working Practices established with clients.
β’ Identifying adverse events and reports of defective products, and managing and reporting these in strict accordance with the agreed ProPharma SOPs and WPs.
β’ Translating documents from English to the target language or vice versa, and delivering these translated responses either verbally or in writing, ensuring quality control.
β’ Utilizing existing standard responses to craft medical information correspondence (via client databases) or coordinating with the Medical Information Support Services (MISS) department to facilitate the creation of medical information correspondence.
β’ Accurately logging all inquiries in a comprehensive and timely manner.
β’ Handling confidential information in compliance with Data Privacy regulations.
β’ Maintaining awareness of, and ensuring adherence to, the legal obligations and professional guidelines related to providing medical information on behalf of the Pharmaceutical Industry.
β’ Conducting quality checks on Adverse Events, Product Quality Complaints, and correspondence to ensure precision in all aspects of the role.
β’ A completed degree in Pharmacy or a related life science field.
β’ Native or C1 level proficiency in the target language and fluency in English.
β’ Strong skills in translation.
β’ Exceptional telephone etiquette.
β’ Capability to manage a high-volume workload and prioritize effectively.
β’ Keen attention to detail.
β’ Ability to work independently without supervision.
