This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Thoroughly and precisely document all Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints.
• Carry out compliance checks via calls with volunteers participating in clinical/medical research trials.
• Register participants for educational seminars.
• Offer patient support to individuals enrolled in Patient Support Programs.
• Gather demographic information and status for product, sample, and literature distribution.
• Uphold high quality and productivity standards across all client programs.
• Follow program scripts and guidelines diligently.
• Collect necessary information accurately as per individual program requirements.
• Demonstrate effective communication and tele-management capabilities.
• Engage with callers in a compassionate and understanding manner.
• Show adaptability within the department to enhance resource utilization.
• Comply with all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills, managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Ensure the protection of patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Active US healthcare professional license: RN.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and listening communication abilities.
• Proficiency with a computer keyboard and mouse.
• Capability to participate in frequent meetings and calls without interruptions or disconnections.
• Familiarity with Call Center Telephone Technology.
• Friendly telephone demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
