Medical Information Specialist, French & English Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Establishing credibility and enhancing relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and industry clients

• Providing top-tier services, including call center staffing for product information inquiries

• Recognizing and documenting adverse events and/or product quality concerns

• Engaging in medical writing tasks

• Triage and address drug information requests from healthcare professionals and patients

• Managing processes required to respond to quality-related complaints

• Assessing medical literature for the development of accurate information

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences or healthcare, or equivalent qualification

• Strong background in clinical settings

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficiency in English at the C1 level is mandatory

• Native fluency in French is crucial

• Excellent translation capabilities

• Experience in Call Center, Medical Information, or the pharmaceutical industry

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows applications

• Familiarity with Medical Information Management Systems, Safety Databases, or equivalent tools
