Medical Information Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Address medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals.

• Apply medical information expertise to formulate responses to inquiries.

• Detect adverse events and product complaints during communications.

• Offer medical writing support for response documents.

• Execute various projects such as market research and training for field teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced healthcare degree (preferably PharmD or higher).

• Robust clinical background along with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in a Contact Center and within the Pharmaceutical industry.

• Proficiency with technology including telephony, Medical Information databases, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing platforms.

• Capability to critically assess medical literature.

• Knowledge of therapeutic areas (Oncology, Hematology, etc.).
