
Medical Information Client Manager β Team Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Ensure client satisfaction by overseeing designated clients, which includes implementation, ongoing management, regular check-ins, and meetings.
β’ Serve as the intermediary with client stakeholders to manage all elements related to the services offered by EVERSANA Medical Information Contact Center Medical Communications.
β’ Triage and address medical information inquiries from physicians, pharmacists, nurses, other healthcare professionals, consumers, and payers.
β’ Leverage medical information expertise to identify, research, and critically assess medical literature to formulate responses to medical inquiries.
β’ Manage requests through various channels and platforms (phone, email, CRM, chat, etc.).
β’ Oversee client invoicing and actively participate in client audits.
β’ An advanced healthcare degree in Life Sciences, a healthcare degree, or an equivalent qualification.
β’ Must be fluent in English, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
β’ One to two years of experience in Medical Information and/or the pharmaceutical industry.
β’ Preferred experience of two to five years in Medical Information and/or the pharmaceutical industry.
β’ Experience in a Contact Center and within the Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
β’ Preferred skills in project management and time management.
β’ Proficiency in technology related to telephony, Medical Information databases, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing platforms is preferred.
β’ Therapeutic expertise is required.
β’ Ability to critically evaluate medical literature is essential.
