This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Ensure the success of clients by overseeing assigned accounts, which includes implementation, continuous management, and regular meetings and touchpoints.
• Serve as the intermediary with client stakeholders to handle all aspects related to the services offered by the EVERSANA Medical Information Contact Center Medical Communications.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and deliver initial as well as ongoing training to team members.
• Advanced degree in Life Sciences or a related healthcare field, or equivalent qualification.
• One to two years of experience in Medical Information and/or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Expertise in therapeutic areas.
• Capability to critically assess medical literature.
• Proficient in technology related to telephony, Medical Information databases, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing platforms.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
