This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Ensure the success of clients by overseeing assigned accounts, which includes implementation, continuous management, and regular meetings and touchpoints.
• Serve as a liaison with client stakeholders to handle all aspects related to the services offered by EVERSANA Medical Information Contact Center Medical Communications.
• Guide and mentor junior staff, providing both initial and ongoing training.
• An advanced healthcare degree in Life Sciences or a related healthcare field, or its equivalent.
• One to two years of experience in Medical Information and/or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Expertise in therapeutic areas.
• Capability to critically assess medical literature.
• Proficiency in technology, including telephony, Medical Information databases, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing platforms.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are highly desirable.
